I’m a coach, writer and speaker. Most importantly, I’m a champion of people seeking more, which typically includes more light, more peace, more purpose, and more authenticity.
I support high achievers who are ready to redefine success, without taking an off-ramp into self-help oblivion. Joy and satisfaction expand when you settle fully into who you are and actively create your life. Meaning? There’s no need for a silent ashram if you’re an extrovert in zebra-stripe stilettos. On the flip side, power can radiate as quiet, confident kindness. You get to choose all the nuances (including your shoes).
“A positive and noticeable outcome on the team. Very inspiring & enjoyable.”Shelley Hepburn, Bulgari
Previously, I was a London-based director at an international investment bank. I have a PhD from Cambridge University. I’m a certified coach and an award-winning corporate image advisor. I have written for (or been featured by) The Sunday Times, Psychology Today, the Huffington Post, eFinancial News, Top Santé and CNBC. I’m also a former columnist for Psychologies magazine.
I’ve coached investment bankers, lawyers, entrepreneurs, luxury brand managers, CEOs, screenwriters, and fashion professionals. My corporate clients include global investment banks, law and accounting firms, universities and high-end retailers.
In an even earlier life, I was an aerobics instructor, which taught me never to discount the power of authentic encouragement and a shiny leotard. When I’m not coaching or writing, I’m being schooled by my two young children, Max and Nina, who already know the meaning of life.
“Upbeat and engaging.”Caroline Mason, Lloyd’s of London
